Order Processing

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow 2–3 business days (48–72 hours) for your order to be prepared and packaged before it ships.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship via USPS, and most orders arrive within 5-8 business days after they have been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS operations.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Estimated Timeline

• Processing: 2–3 business days
• Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS
• Total Delivery: Most customers receive their order within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our Whipped Body Butter is made with natural butters and oils and may soften during transit in warmer temperatures. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

If your body butter arrives softened:

• Place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until firm.
• Allow it to return to room temperature before use.

Natural texture changes caused by heat are expected and are not considered product defects.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact USPS first using your tracking number. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help where we can.
